  • Why do I need to provide a Bitcoin address when I register? What if I don’t have one?

  • I shared the wrong email when I signed up – how can I update this?

    Unfortunately, you’ll have to register again. We can’t allow users to edit some aspects of their information once they’ve signed up.

  • How quickly will my deposit become available?

  • I have three confirmations, but my deposit is still zero – why?

    Navigate to the 'Contacts' section to let our customer support reps know; or, email our support team directly. You must provide your login details, the precise Bitcoin deposit amount and the deposit address.

  • How do I withdraw my money?

  • Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?

    Yes – you must withdraw at least 0.0003 Bitcoin per transaction.

  • When will I see my withdrawal in my Bitcoin wallet?

    You will receive your funds as soon as you make the request.

  • My login details won’t work – how can I access my account?

    First, make sure you’ve entered the right details. If you are confident, and still can’t access your account, then click to 'Login', next click the 'Forgot your password' link. If you provide your username or email, we’ll send a code to your address, which will allow you to reset your password. If you don’t receive the code, check your spam folder.

  • Am I able to update my password?

    Users can update information in the 'Account' section of the member’s area, click on the 'Edit account' link and change your data.

  • I gave the wrong Bitcoin address when I signed up – what now?

    You are free to add or edit your Bitcoin address within 'Edit Account' page. You will have to request a confirmation code, which we will send via email. If you don’t receive the code, check your spam folder.

  • I can’t see any emails from you?

    If you aren’t receiving emails, please first check your spam folder. If there are no emails there, then check with your email service provider. We advise clients to use Google mail when signing up for our service.

  • How do I check my account balance?

    You can view all the relevant details whenever you want via your 'Account' area.

  • Can I have more than one account?

    We do allow clients to register more than one account. However, we suggest maintaining just one. This is the best means of avoiding future complications.

  • What are your account verification processes? Do I need to share personal documentation?

    We do not require any specific documentation on sign-up.

  • Can I delete my account?

    We do not allow clients to delete their account. If you do not use your account for a period of six months, plus the account has no balance or current investments, we will disable access.

  • What investment terms do you offer?

    Depending on which plan you choose and the deposit size you make, we offer a profitable return ranging from twelve to fifteen percent. We make accruals on a daily basis (7 days per week) for the first one-hundred days, returning the accrued amount to you on the one-hundredth day.

  • How do I deposit?

    Navigate to the 'Make New Deposit' page ( for this step), choose your investment plan, share how much you’d like to invest in the 'AMOUNT (BTC)' field and click on the one of the payment method ('Spend funds from bitcoins' or 'Spend funds from account balance').   • Are there investment limits on your platform?

    We allow clients to invest anything from 0.001 Bitcoin to 50 Bitcoin per transaction. You are not limited on the number of transactions you make.

  • What is a ‘Bitcoin Confirmation’?

    The Bitcoin network must confirm every transaction. Each computer within the Bitcoin network confirms a transaction. The number of confirmations must reach a predetermined threshold – between three and six – for the funds to appear in the recipient’s account. This process takes anywhere between ten and ninety minutes.

  • Can I make several deposits at once?

    We allow clients to make as many deposits as they wish, as often as they wish. Each deposit will have a set of conditions attached, including the time of profit accrual as well as the margin achieved.
